FASTING DETOX

For thousands of years since the fall of Adam and Eve, detoxing has been a very important part for the human way of living. In ancient times when there was not so many toxins around, fasting was the most normal way to detoxify the body. The Bible encourages fasting as part of a good healthy way of living and come in closer contact with God. For example, when the Messiah, Yahushua of Nazareth was here around 2000 years ago, He would be gone into the wilderness for days at the time in prayer and fasting.

Fasting has always been associated with several health benefits, including weight loss, improved blood sugar control, decreased inflammation, and enhanced heart health. It also offer protection against certain conditions like cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and shedding caused by people taking the Covid-19 shots. Fasting stimulates the clearing of damaged cells (autophagy), damaged mitochondria (mitophagy), and misfolded and foreign proteins.

In general, most types of fasts are performed over 24–72 hours. Intermittent fasting, on the other hand, involves cycling between periods of eating and fasting, ranging from a few hours to a few days at a time.

FOOD DETOX

Eating healthy and nutritious food will always benefit the human body and boost the immune system. Today we have almost no nutrition left in any food source thanks to fertilizers and spraying poisonous toxins on trees and fields etc. We have also had a huge increase of unwanted metals intake through chemtrailings, smart dust and what not.

DRINK DETOX INGREDIENTS

CHIA SEEDS, a rich source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, antioxidants, calcium, omega-3, phosphorus, iron and zinc.

ACTIVATED CHARCOAL, is a potent natural treatment used to trap toxins and chemicals in the body, allowing them to be flushed out so the body doesn’t reabsorb them.

SPIRULINA, contains antioxidants, including phycocyanin, vitamins A, B6, C and K, calcium, phosphorous, iron, magnesium, sodium and potassium.

CHLORELLA, contains all nine essential amino acids, antioxidants, fibers, protein, magnesium, zinc, copper, potassium, calcium, omega-3, vitamins B12 and C.

Before going to sleep, minimum 2-3 hours after eating or taking medicine. Take 1 teaspoon of baking soda and zeolite powder, add them into a glass of clean filtrated water, stir well and drink. This will over night clean and oxidize your bloodstream, and clean the liver and kidneys. Removes unwanted metals, electromagnetic radiation, alkalize the body and brings back the pH level to normal. If your blood pressure is not good add 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Do not mind the taste!

SUPER DETOX DRINK

If you feel really bad and sick from whatever reason, make yourself a super detox drink that will cure whatever you got inside your body.

RECIPE

Boil yourself 1 liter (0.2 gallons) of water of double strong black or green tea, let it cool down and add it to a thermo jug. Add 2 teaspoons of baking soda and zeolite powder, 4 teaspoons nano silver water, 1 teaspoon (of each ingredient) chia seeds, activated charcoal powder, spirulina powder, chlorella powder, wheatgrass powder, mangosteen powder, serpentiva powder and apple cider vinegar. Drink during the day in small portions in between meals, and the last cup just before going to sleep for 1 week, everyday. Then do a 24 hours fasting to see how you feel. If no positive recovery, continue 1 more week, everyday, 24 hours fasting and check again. You continue doing this until you are 100 percent healthy from cancer or whatever. Even Covid-19 shots (vaccines) will be detoxed out of the body, and that will normally take around 2-3 months (but you need to do the fasting for 3 days straight every 7 days). When you are back to normal health keep doing the daily detox drink with baking soda and zeolite powder to keep the immune system intact and the sheddings from other people under control.
